These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from AirRight.

2. Products & Orders

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We may cancel any order for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Payments

  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD, an additional handling fee may apply.

  • All payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

You must provide accurate address details; delays from wrong information are not our responsibility.

5. Warranty & Returns

AirRight products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This excludes normal wear, filters, and physical damage.

All content (text, graphics, logos, and design) on our site is owned by AirRight and protected under Indian copyright laws.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
