Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with AirRight. We value your trust and aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged AirRight products.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact.

  • Used, damaged, or missing-part items are not eligible for refund or replacement unless defective.

  • Replacement filters or consumables (like HEPA filters) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us at airrightweb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid pickup label.

3. Return Process

  1. Email airrightweb@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and pickup instructions.

  3. Return the item in original packaging.

  4. After inspection, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the product is defective).

  • If payment was made via COD, you’ll be asked to share your UPI or bank details for refund.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

5. Exceptions

No returns or refunds for:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair
